To install a streetline, lay out the unit on the ground to make sure nothing is tangled, then identify the line hangers at each apex.  Remove the clevis pins from the hangers, hook the hangers on the overhead cable, and reinstall the clevis pins to secure the unit.  Using the 20' spacer cord ends, pull the unit out until the spacer cords are taut, center the unit, and then tie off the spacer cord ends to the utility poles.   Install any included ornaments at their specified locations, making electrical connections as specified.  The unit is now installed.
