How do I return an item?

You Must Call For Return Authorization. (RMA) Products shipped back without authorization will be refused.
Products returned due to no fault of HOLIDAY LIGHTS & MAGIC, INC. will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any order cancellation request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by us with written confirmation. Items Ordered but not shipped are automatically back ordered and will ship as they become available. Absolutely NO RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS of Delivery. PLEASE INSPECT CARTONS FOR DAMAGE UPON RECEIPT.
If damage occurs during shipment, you must contact us. We will assist you with the information.
