You must call for return authorization. Products shipped back without authorization will be refused. Products returned through no fault of HOLIDAY LIGHTS & MAGIC, INC. will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any order cancellation request must be submitted in writting and acknowledged by us with written confirmation. Items Ordered but not shipped are automatically backordered and will ship as they become available. Absolutely NO RETURNS after 14 days. If damage occurs during shipment, you must contact the freight carrier directly for compensation.

Keep all packing materials and box merchandise product was shipped in for inspection: failure to do so will result in a rejected claim. NO RETURNS AFTER CHRISTMAS! Commercial displays are warranted to the original buyer and will be free from defects and workmanship for (5) Christmas seasons (under normal conditions of use). This warranty does not apply to banners, INCANDESCENT light bulbs or lighting sets nor to electrical shorts or damage caused by weather elements. This warranty is voided for products not installed according to current local codes and/or The National Electrical Code.
