How do I return an item?

You Must Call For Return Authorization. (RMA) Products shipped back without authorization will be refused.
Products returned due to no fault of Holiday Lights & Magic, Inc. will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping fees. After 30 days no products can be returned due to no fault of Holiday Lights & Magic, Inc. Any order cancellation request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by us with written confirmation. Items Ordered but not shipped are automatically back ordered and will ship as they become available.
