CANCELLATION POLICY: Any order cancellation request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by us with written confirmation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the Order confirmation date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days after order confirmation date will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations made 7 days or more after order confirmation date will incur a 30% Fee. All orders refused or canceled without written confirmation from Holiday Lights & Magic, Inc. will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping rates may apply.*

You Must Call For Return Authorization. (RMA) Products shipped back without authorization will be refused.

Products returned due to no fault of Holiday Lights & Magic, Inc. will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges. NO returns after Christmas.

**PLEASE CHECK THE CONDITION OF ALL CARTONS UPON RECEIPT. PLEASE OPEN ANY SUSPICIOUS LOOKING, DAMAGED "CRUSHED OR PIERCED " CARTONS BEFORE THE TRUCK DRIVER LEAVES. NOTIFY THE DRIVER IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT SIGN THE DRIVERS PAPERS WITHOUT WRITING BROKEN OR DAMAGED INDICATING DAMAGED ITEM(s). If damage occurs during shipment, you must contact us For a claim form.**
